Sunset yoga at the beach
Join us for sunset yoga flow on the beach every Thursday at 6:30 pm.
Every last week of the month will include a sound healing meditation
Location: Al Sufouh beach (https://maps.app.goo.gl/oq9rZk99S5KXkXjj7)
Time: 5.00pm - 6.00pm.
Fee: AED 55 per person. Part of the proceeds will go towards supporting animal shelters.
This will be a Vinyasa flow yoga class taught by the Meow yoga team either Chandini (instagram.com/yogawithchands/) or Chanchal (instagram.com/soundsoulheal/)
The class is open to all levels and yoga mats are available for purchase through - www.meowyoga.com.
