Super gentle yoga in the Sun Room to wake up the body and gratitude. Gentle yoga class suitable for all levels. Meets weekly at 6 am in our beautiful Sun Room. Please arrive a few minutes early and bring a mat and a water bottle. Class is by donation. NOTE: Please use the back entrance on De Soto Street in the roundabout.
