Sunrise Yoga is back for an amazing 3rd year.Join us on Sunday, September 22, 2024. Last year, 100 people participated at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington to greet the sun and create opportunities for students needing food, school supplies, and clothes to be fully engaged in class.
Sunrise Yoga is hosted by Adam Doering and proceeds go to the Mark Doering Thoughtful Fund which helps HDSB students and families with emergency needs for food, clothing, school supplies and other necessities.
