Begin your morning with wellness in mind and join the Oak Bay Beach Hotel for Sunrise Yoga on the Seaside Gardens Terrace.Yoga Classes are offered every Saturday at 8:00 am from June 1 until August 31, 2024.
Each class is 60 minutes in length, and must be booked online in advance. The class style is breath-focused Hatha/Vinyasa yoga suitable for all yogis.
Partial proceeds from each spot purchased will be donated to:
June: Victoria Pride Society
July: Indian Residential School Survivor Society
August: We will commit 10 kelp planted with veritree for every class pass purchased in August
