Popping up outdoors in The Giddy Goat – the newest underground coffee shop in Plaza – parking lot, this class will be accessible, gentle, and beginner-friendly meant to awaken the mind and body and prepare you for your day. Class is followed by complimentary drip coffee or head inside for your favorite breakfast treat, latte, and more! Streamed through DropSound headphones you’ll be able to tune out the noise and tune into your breath!Mats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
