Join us for Sunrise Yoga at the Freeman Lake Pavilion. Use the Heron Way entrance. Gates to the park will open at 5:45am.
We will meet at the Pavilion on the following Thursdays at 6am

Bring your own mat and whatever you need for your practice. This is a beginner friendly class designed to help you get ready for your day while we enjoy yoga at our beautiful lake and watch the sunrise together.
