In Peoria the sun rises at 6:25 am on October 4th — just in time for us to settle onto our mats and flow with the morning light.
Join us at Blisstopia Retreats on the Sunrise Mountain Preserve as our backdrop. As the desert awakens we’ll move through a gentle intentional yoga practice designed to energize the body steady the breath and open the heart.
