Start your mornings with serenity at The 33rd Annual JPMorgan Chase Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival! Join Pellegrino Healing Center on August 31 and September 1 at 6:30 AM for a sunrise yoga session as hot-air balloons take flight. This complimentary yoga class, provided by Pellegrino Healing Center of Hyde Park, welcomes all levels. Yoga is FREE with festival admission, but you must purchase a festival ticket and register for the class in advance.
Bring your yoga mat, towel, and water. Space is limited, so reservations are first-come, first-served. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and set up.
Location: Along Duncan Road on a hill overlooking the Hot-Air Balloon Launch Site
IMPORTANT: Admission to the Balloon Festival is required.
