Join the queer community for a beautiful sunrise at Torrey Pines State Park to reconnect with nature and ourselves. We'll meet at 6:00 am sharp by the Torrey Pines sign, then head down to the beach for a mindful walk along the shore.
As the sun rises, we'll pause for a guided breathwork session, designed to help release suppressed emotions, align with our inner strength, and cultivate a sense of renewal. Afterward, we’ll gather for circle sharing, offering a supportive space to connect with each other.
This event is perfect for anyone seeking a rejuvenating start to the day through community, nature, and introspection. Dress warmly, bring a water bottle, towel, and be prepared to feel uplifted and inspired.
