Join the Walton Method x The Haus Of Namaste to practice meditation, yoga, self reflection, and inner strength.
As the sun rises:
- 5 minute meditation
- 20 minute mobility and yoga flow
- 25 minute body weight circuit
- 10 minute reflection and meditation
There are no Days off. Each day must be lived. Just as you can trust the sun will rise everyday. You must set an intention that allows you to trust yourself and shine just as bright as the sun.
