Through intentional movement, breath, and foundational drills, you'll cultivate the stability, confidence, and technique to explore poses like crow, side crow, and beyond.
Start your mornings with purpose, and let your practice lift you, on and off the mat.
Open to all levels. Modifications and progressions offered throughout.
