About this Event
Join us for a 1-hour Sunrise Somatiq Breathwork™ Session on Fort Lauderdale Beach with Daniella Rincon. This session involves guided breathwork using a circular connected breath pattern paired with immersive music to support emotional release, healing, and clarity. Fasting is highly recommend prior to the session. Following the session, time will be provided for integration and reflection.
What to Expect:
- A circular connected breath pattern paired with immersive music to release emotional and energetic blocks.
- Gentle breathing techniques to integrate and call in your best self.
- A 90-minute experience:
- 15 min overview
- 60 min breathwork session
- 15 min integration/sharing
What You’ll Need:
- Water, journal, yoga mat, small blanket.
- Avoid eating 1-2 hours prior and wear comfortable clothing.
Important Notes:
- Contraindications: Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with specific medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.). Please consult your physician if in doubt.
- Release: Participation is voluntary, and you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
