🎶 Sunrise Silent Disco Ecstatic Dance on the Huron River in Ann Arbor 🌞Saturday, August 23 | 7:30–9:00 AM

Join us for a soulful, sunrise ecstatic dance on the banks of the Huron River. We'll gather in community, move with intention, and welcome the day through music, embodiment, and connection with nature. There will be optional time to send healing energy to the beautiful Huron River.
This is a lightly facilitated, freestyle dance space — come as you are, bring what you need, and let the rhythms move through you.

We’ll be using silent disco headsets, and availability is limited to 30 participants. To reserve your spot and headset, please fill out this short Google Form: bit.ly/DDDANCE
Registration is required to attend!
✨ What to Bring:
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes to move in
• Yoga mat, blanket, or towel (optional for grounding/rest moments during the dance)
• Swimsuit (optional for swimming, tubing, or kayaking after the dance - Argo Canoe Livery opens at 9am)
• Your full self, just as you are
🌿 Where:
Exact riverside location is the opening mouth of the Argo Cascades. The Argo Cascades are near central Ann Arbor and are accessible by bike, car, or foot. There is free parking at the Argo Canoe Livery, 1055 Longshore Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. There are bathrooms and changing rooms near the parking lot.
Directions to the dance from the parking lot:
Walk towards the canoe rental building and follow the sidewalk to the right, towards the railroad tracks. Continue walking for about 200 feet until crossing the small pedestrian bridge. You're there! We'll be dancing on the rocks and riverbank just past the bridge; look for the people with the bin of headphones :)

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
**Please arrive at least ten minutes early to find us, so we can begin promptly at 7:30am together.
