Sunrise Reset at the Ocean | A Free Community Offering

There’s something about the ocean before the world wakes up that just hits different, and I’ve been feeling called to hold space in that again. April 26th I’ll be out at the beach for a sunrise sound healing, starting at 6:30 in the morning at JP Luby Surf Park.
This isn’t about doing anything perfectly or showing up a certain way. This is about giving yourself a moment to come back to yourself before the noise, before the demands, before the world starts pulling at you. The sound, the water, the frequency, it all works together to settle your nervous system and bring you back into a place that feels steady and real.
You can bring a chair, a blanket, lay in the sand, move your body, do yoga, meditate, read, journal, write, or just sit there and breathe. There is no right or wrong way to be here, you get to meet yourself exactly where you are and take what you need from the space.
I usually set up somewhere between the jetties and mile marker 205, and I’ll post the exact mile marker once I arrive so you can find me easily. My number is 361-396-7882. You will see my dark blue Jeep.
This is completely free, just come as you are and let yourself receive. If you feel called to give back, I’m always open to donations, plants, or honestly even a little seashell if you find a good one.
