When you arrive at Salazar Park, you’ll be greeted by the calm, early-morning atmosphere and the glow of the sunrise. Check in at our welcome table, where you can get settled, meet a few other attendees, and set up your mat in the grass with plenty of space to move.
The class will be 30 minutes long and will begin with a gentle warm-up to wake up your body, followed by a series of Pilates movements designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and energize you for the day ahead. Expect a focus on core engagement, posture, and flowing sequences that leave you feeling refreshed and STRONG.
After class, you’ll head over to White Rhino to enjoy 10% off coffee, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax, connect with others, and carry the good vibes into your weekend.
