Calling all tributes for the Sunrise on the Reaping Midnight Release Party at The Haunted Book Shop on March 17, 2025. Yes, it's time to enter the arena again, or rather to devour the fifth installment in Suzanne Collins' thrilling Hunger Games series.
In "Sunrise on the Reaping," Collins once again transports us to the harsh and fraught world of Panem during its fiftieth Hunger Games, introducing a harrowing new twist with the Quarter Quell. Young Haymitch Abernathy, a resident of District 12, faces the ultimate test of love and survival as he's ripped away from his loved ones and thrust into the Capitol's cruel festivities. This gripping tale explores themes of sacrifice, strategy, and resilience, once more proving Collins' mastery in weaving complex narratives with profound emotional depth.
Attendees will be treated to donuts and coffee, and Hunger Games activities--no reaping, just fun! The FIRST 50 tickets purchased will include an exclusive Hunger Games logo button, and a drawing will reveal the twelve fortunate tributes to receive a Hunger Games (temporary) tattoo.
