Two days of kiirtan chants, songs, dance and mystical poetry from Friday night ecstatic dance session, to all day kiirtan on Saturday, starting at 10am until Sunday at 7pm. Its an interfaith festival, inclusive of all faiths so there are many groups doing kiirtan from different traditions and cultures including Celtic kiirtan and Rarhi kiirtan (North east India) A very special addition to the kiirtan festival is Indian classical dance by Mohana Natarjan on Saturday at 10. am, and the avarta kiirtan 'turning kiirtan' on Sunday.
There will be delicious Indian food, as well as snacks available all day and night. The environment is gorgeous, surrounded by the Sliueve Aughty mountains and lots of beautiful heather and horses.
