This is not a guided or instructor led walk. We will walk as a group and support one another. Everyone is responsible for themselves and their own health and safety. I am qualified in reiki and sound, I am NOT a qualified walk leader.
I invite you to join me on a Sunrise Hill walk up Ben A'an, with a session of reiki and Drum Healing at the summit. This walk is around 3 miles and requires a good level of fitness as its steep in sections.
Optional - after event swim/cold water dip @ Loch Venachar
Take some time for yourself to enjoy a deeply relaxing experience with like-minded individuals! All you have to do is lay down, unwind, receive reiki and allow the healing vibrations to enter your body.
