Camping:

For those seeking a deeper connection to nature, embrace the opportunity to camp overnight at the park by reserving your campsite directly at texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com. Please note that the park offers composting toilets at specific points, and there is no running water. We kindly request all participants to uphold the park's natural beauty by picking up after themselves and leaving it as pristine as they found it.

What to bring?

• This is an outdoor experience and I recommend that you prepare accordingly. Please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets.
• Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.
• Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience.

Refunds

Unfortunately, there are no refunds at this time, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else or you may transfer your ticket to a future event.

Parking

Parking will be in the general area of the event. There will be someone at the gate checking for individual tickets. Please purchase your tickets in advance as there might not be enough spaces.

I understand that I am responsible for my own health, healing and well-being. I also understand I can heal myself. I hereby request and consent to the technique of energy, spiritual or distance healing modalities within the scope of Cesar Lujan’s healing techniques. I further understand holistic healing is not a substitute for adequate medical care and I intend to remain under the care of my primary healthcare provider.

I will advise Cesar Lujan, CRTS of anything that might help us work together better to achieve the whaling that I seek. I understand the services provided by Cesar Lujan may cause some minor discomfort, and certain adverse side effects. If I have any concerns about these things, I will keep Cesar Lujan fully advised about my concerns so the intervention may be terminated if necessary or revised to minimize any harm to me.

Who is Cesar Lujan?

He is a Sound Healing Teacher & Frequency Carrier trained in Los Angeles, California. He has studied various healing modalities such as Crystal Healing, Holy Fire III Usui & Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy, and Raindrop Technique. He utilizes all his expertise to create a magical experience that will envelop and blanket you with comfort and serenity. He holds space for you to have a personal encounter with your higher state of consciousness hence allowing for insight, ideas, clarity, release, and/ or healing to happen.

Who is Karessa Fonseca?

Karessa Fonseca is a certified yoga facilitator since 2017, whose yoga education has a strong yoga therapy foundation; she also has additional training in using breath and movement to regulate the nervous system. Her classes typically have a strong focus on breathing techniques and awareness of the dynamic being;among the main reasons why people usually experience strong mental, emotional and energetic shifts during and after a class. Her invitation to you is simple and powerful: allow yourself tocompassionately explore and learn what tools will assist you to maintain your equilibrium as you navigate life. Karessa is currently contracted as the yoga facilitator for the El Paso Behavioral Health Hospital and has facilitated group classes for many organizations in our El Paso community to include Ft. Bliss, EPISD, YISD, The Borderland Rainbow Center, and The United Family Resiliency Center, among others. She also facilitates private transpersonal work sessions and is the founder and organizer of the Wholistic Mercado, El Paso’s Holistic Wellness Expo.
