About this Event

Sunrise Drum Circle on the Beach
About This Event

As the sun rises over the ocean, we gather in circle — barefoot in the sand, grounded in rhythm, open in heart.

Join us for a powerful sunrise experience blending:

  • Frame drum circle
  • Ceremonial cacao
  • Guided breathwork
  • Ocean blessing ritual

This is a space to release what feels heavy, reconnect to your inner rhythm, and awaken your heart with the first light of day.

We begin in stillness.
We sip cacao with intention.
We drum with the rhythm of the waves.
We rise with the sun — together.

What Is a Cacao Ceremony?

Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to open the heart, deepen clarity, and enhance connection.

Our cacao is:

  • Ethically sourced
  • Dairy-free / vegan
  • Lightly spiced for warmth

You will be guided through a heart-centered intention setting before we begin drumming.

(Please notify us in advance if you are pregnant, sensitive to caffeine, or on heart Medic*tion.)

The Drum Circle Experience

No experience is needed. There will be a few drums for participant use.
You may bring:

  • Your own frame drum (if you have one)-(there will be a few available for use)
  • A rattle or percussion instrument
  • Or simply your hands and heartbeat

A limited number of drums will be available to borrow.

The rhythm will build organically — echoing the ocean, the breath, and the pulse of the Earth.
