Come join us for a rejuvenating morning of beach yoga on 57th Street in Virginia Beach!

Start your day off with a peaceful session of yoga while listening to the calming sounds of the waves. This class is the perfect way to connect with nature, to yourself and to help calm the mind.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all are welcome to participate.

This class is donation based. Recommended donation is $10-15 and can be made through venmo: @Lora-Lakanal or made in person. Thank you :)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior for parking and to claim your spot, class will begin promptly at 7 am. Don't forget to bring a towel, blanket, or yoga mat! There is free street parking on 56th, 57th, 58th and surrounding streets.
