Join me for the first Sunrise Beach Yoga of 2024! I've been waiting for the weather to warm up a little and am hoping the sun gods will be smiling on us :)Come prepared with your own yoga mat, layered clothing and a blanket for our savasana. If you have two yoga mats, it will be more comfortable to lie on.
Sunrise Beach Yoga is always special, perhaps bring tea/coffee for afterwards, or your swimming gear if you fancy a dip after!
All welcome, suitable for most. Please ensure you book using the link. It's a free ticket, you can donate whatever you like, but I do need to know numbers and contact details for location confirmation and health screens.
