Start your Saturday with purpose and join us for a soul-nourishing Pilates flow on the beach where faith, fitness, and fellowship come together under the sunrise. This week, we’re partnering with Juicelation to fuel your morning with complimentary juice.

- Guided Pilates Flow led by Maribel Maignan – Build strength, flexibility, and grace through mindful, breath-centered movement.
- Faith-Based Intentionality – Experience moments of worship, gratitude, and prayer throughout the flow.

By registering for and participating in the Sunrise Beach Pilates session at Naples Beach, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Lifted In Faith Movement, Juicelation, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
- You certify that you are physically able to participate and will take personal responsibility for your own well-being. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.
- You grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Lifted In Faith Movement.
- You agree to respect all participants and maintain a welcoming, judgment-free space in alignment with the values of this community.
