Workshop Description
This workshop is designed to provide students and agency field supervisors with essential information to assist with student-agency practicum placement suitability and goodness of fit. An interactive process will be used for field supervisors and students to engage in pre-supervisory relationship building activities.
Workshop Objectives
· Students/Field Supervisors will receive an overview of the Field Education Program; field policies and essential field documents.
· Field Supervisors will attend a Lunch & Learn Session, “Supervision with an Ethical Perspective.”
· Students/Field Supervisors will be introduced to a brief interviewing screening tool.
· Field Supervisors will have an opportunity to engage in pre-supervisory relationship activities.
