We’re dedicated to making your Sunnyside experience unforgettable. Each year, we create unique displays and fill our patch with locally grown pumpkins of all shapes and sizes.
As soon as you step out of your car, you'll be greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of freshly made cider donuts. And don't miss out on our main attractions: tractor-pulled hayrides and the area's only ride-on train. Our pumpkin patch offers a genuine family-friendly experience, where visitors from decades ago are now bringing their own children to create new memories. We focus on the family experience, so you won't find anything too scary here. Plus, there's no admission fee to enter the pumpkin patch—just pay for the rides and activities you choose to enjoy.

Our patch is packed with the biggest and best pumpkins, perfect for finding your ideal jack-o-lantern. Wander through and explore the hay sculptures and scarecrows we've dreamed up this year.

Fall Mums & Flowers
Every summer, thousands of chrysanthemum cuttings arrive at Sunnyside, where we nurture them into our famous "Monster Mums." With decades of experience, we're confident no one else grows mums as big or beautiful as ours. They begin blooming in early September and continue until the first hard frost, sometimes even lasting until Thanksgiving! We have hundreds of varieties, each more stunning than the last. Come pick one out—but we dare you to leave with just one!
Don't forget our other fall flowers: Asters, Fall perennials like Sedums, and ornamental peppers!
Pumpkins & Squash
We’re proud to source all our pumpkins, squash, corn, and hay from New York farmers. With thousands of pumpkins to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect one for your jack-o-lantern.
In addition to traditional carving pumpkins, we offer a vast selection of squash for eating and decorating. You'll find everything from popular varieties like acorn and butternut to unique options like striped Cushaw squash, huge Blue Hubbards, bright Rouge vif d’Etampes (Cinderella pumpkins), white Casper pumpkins, and elegant brown Fairytale pumpkins. These are just a few examples of the many squashes and pumpkin varieties we have available.
Bakery & Cider Donuts
The moment you arrive, the smell of our freshly baked goods will draw you in. Our cider donuts are legendary, and people travel from miles away just to enjoy them. They’re light, fluffy, and never greasy. But don’t just take our word for it—come try one for yourself.
Live Music & Entertainment
For us at Sunnyside, Fall means Bluegrass! For the past decade, we’ve welcomed Adrenaline Pumpkin into our greenhouse to entertain visitors and staff with their lively bluegrass tunes.
Catch Adrenaline Pumpkin every Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM. Featuring 4-part harmonies, this local favorite includes John Kribs on guitar, Orion Kribs on mandolin, Arlin Greene on bass, and 1984 North American Banjo Champion, Christopher Leske. Don’t miss out on the ultimate autumnal bluegrass experience!
