Join us on Sunday, March 23rd at 2:00 PM at the Heritage Playhouse in Gibsons for "On The Sunny Side Of The Street," a celebration of our jazz maestro Nikki Weber. Enjoy an afternoon filled with lively swinging tunes performed by Nikki's talented musical friends, creating an atmosphere of joy and merriment.
The concert features a stellar lineup of vocal jazz performers, including 'Sh-Boom' with Mike Weber, Brian Harbison, and Cliff Simon, harmonizing their way through nostalgic tunes and adding a touch of fun. Also on stage will be the 'J-Tones,' a vocal trio with the sweet sounds of Joy Germaine, Jan Gillis, and Joan Vernon, as well as the beloved 'Definitely Diva' featuring singer-pranksters Patrice Pollack, Wendy Hibberd, and Lynne Dickson. Soloists include Jacquie Allan, Trudi Diening, Maddie Weber, and Jill Shatford.
Our talented musicians accompanying the performers include some of our Coast's favorites: Miles Black on piano, Kristian Braathen on drums, Budge Schachte on jazz guitar, and James Meger on bass.
This family-friendly concert on the Sunny Side of the Street in Gibsons on the beautiful Sunshine Coast promises to be a memorable afternoon. We can’t wait to see you there!
