Reebok is proud to announce a collaboration with Mental Athletic, a pioneering media and editorial project aiming to create a new language around running and dynamism at large. 08:00 & 09:30 - Yoga and ambient sound bath by Apollo Noir and Marjorie Picard.
A nourishing and joyful 45-minute journey. Marjorie will lead a 25-minute yoga class (Hatha and Katonah influenced) to release tensions, restore your body, and nourish your soul. Expect pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (postures). The session is open to all abilities. Apollo Noir will be live throughout the session, playing his ambient music. The second part of the journey is a 20-minute uplifting and meditative music sound bath.
