Stop 1: Fields of Gold – Sunflower Stroll
2:00 PM – 3:15 PM
Your afternoon begins at the beautiful Fields of Gold flower farm, where you’ll have time to wander through vibrant sunflower fields, soak in the scenery, and capture the moment. A peaceful and uplifting way to reconnect with nature.
Admission to Fields of Gold is included.
Stop 2: Essential Kitchen – Hand Reflexology + Beverage
4:00 PM – approx. 5:30 PM
Then it’s off to Essential Kitchen for a calming Hand Reflexology Workshop led by Annette J. Labonte, a wellness practitioner and the new owner of Essential Kitchen.
This 60–90 minute guided session is ideal for partners or friends to learn and practice gentle wellness techniques together. You'll:
• Learn simple hand reflexology techniques for stress relief and wellness
• Discover key pressure points that support different areas of the body
• Practice your technique in a calm, supportive setting
• Enjoy a wellness-forward drink — your choice of wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic option (included)
Snacks will also be available for purchase before, during, and after the session.
