Join us Saturday August 16th 7:00-9:00 pm at 3600 Concord Pkwy S. for a delicious meal curated by Chef Jordan Rainbolt and paired with wines from Dover Vineyards! Each course will feature sunflowers accompanied by a Dover Vineyards Wine and a portion of the proceeds will go to support pollinator conservation efforts. We will also have sunflowers available for picking. This is a ticketed event so purchase them early!COURSE 1
Grilled greens. Baby romaine. Seared dandelion. Sumac shallots. Sunseed vinaigrette.
COURSE 2
Pasture raised pork belly. Smoked peach grit cake. Pickled Okra. Sunflower garlic toum.

Pine smoked brisket. Coal roasted sunchoke purée. Sunflower leaf and seed chimichurri.
Birds Eye Chili oil.
(Veg option: Charred blue oyster mushrooms)

Smoked sunflower oil cake. Summer berry compote. Sunflower honey. Chicory cream.
