We are so excited to be bringing Chakra dancing to Bournemouth. Ruth McEwen, a fully qualified Chakra Dancing and Mindful Meditation Therapist, Reiki Master and Sound Healer, who runs weekly classes in Swanage, has been invited by Judez to facilitate ecstatic Chakra Dancing and Guided Meditation experience on 29th October at The Neptune Harvester in Boscombe (this is a gorgeous events room overlooking the sea).
Chakra Dancing is a free-form somatic movement and dance therapy that encourages the dancer to move mindfully to beautiful music, specially selected to resonate with the vibrations of each of the body’s 7 major chakras, or energy centres. Ruth takes you on a journey to open and rebalance your chakras from your root chakra to the crown.
