Ho'oponopono Embodied Movement Meditation
Join us for a transformative experience at our Urban Shanti Community Studio as we dive deep into the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono. Through a unique blend of movement, meditation, and embodiment practices, you will have the opportunity to release old patterns, heal relationships, and cultivate inner peace.
During this in-person event, you will be guided through a series of gentle movements and meditations designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are new to Ho'oponopono or have been practicing for years, this session will offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore and deepen your practice.
