Sundogs are back in Sydney playing an awesome triple bill with Dark Clouds and Operation Ibis.Sundogs were a part of the vital music scene in Sydney during the late eighties and nineties, if you went to gigs in those days, there’s no doubt you’ve seen them. The band is reforming with the original lineup, all except Nick , who’ll be replaced by Tasman, the son of Craig on bass, Dave Power (from the Porkers) and Dan is back behind the drum kit and Pete is back fronting the band.
The Dark Clouds are a guitar rock band from Wollongong and play hard rock anthems in work boots. When they last played at the MoshPit with Jupiter 5 recently they played a storming set and had place pumping.
Operation Ibis are filling in for Smitty & B.Goode who now cannot make this gig. Operation Ibis need no introduction being one of the first bands to play at the MoshPit many many years ago, and recently have played support for some big acts. Their unique blend of ska and punk is something to behold and always amazing to watch and listen to.
