Join us on Wednesday 26th March, 7pm at Port Independent for a screening of Charlotte Regan’s Scrapper.Living alone in her flat, 12-year-old Georgie must confront reality when her estranged father, Jason, shows up out of nowhere. Uninterested in a new parental figure, she remains resistant to his efforts. As they both adjust, Georgie and Jason find that they have a lot of growing up to do.
This screening is part of This Woman’s Work – a monthly programme of screenings highlighting world cinema’s greatest female filmmakers.
