The SUNDERLAND ARMED FORCES WEEKEND is back for its 14th year!. The Sunderland Armed Forces Weekend ties in with the National Armed Forces Day and events throughout the UK.
We have Military Vehicles, Military Associations and Groups, Cadets, A Fly Over by a Spitfire and Hurricane plane, local and National Charities, Reenactment Groups from the 1300's to modern times, Living villages and encampments, Live performances, Fun Fair, Market Village, Catering Stalls and much much more.
It is going to be a fun packed weekend celebrating our city's Military serving and Veteran Personnel and their families.
Remember, this is a free to enter event! no cost other than the Fair and Catering...Bring a picnic and come enjoy your weekend with us.
