Join us for a mindful journey that honors the body's natural rhythm and the art of slowing down. This Sunday class invites you to explore the delicate balance between movement and stillness, effort and ease.
We'll begin by arriving fully—grounding into the present moment through breathwork and gentle centering practices. From this anchored foundation, we'll move through intuitive warm-ups to awaken the body and prepare for movement.
As we flow into a slow, intentional vinyasa practice, you'll be encouraged to find your own pace, linking breath to movement with curiosity rather than urgency. The tempo gradually softens as we transition into longer-held yin postures, inviting deep release in the connective tissues and a quiet turning inward.
This dance of patience culminates in an extended savasana, where all effort dissolves and you're held in complete rest—a well-earned integration of your practice.

What to bring: Mat, water, any props for comfort or flexibility support (blocks, or straps)
