Welcome back our Sunday Yoga Series for our 9th Annual Fall Festival Season! Fall is a magical time at Southern Hill Farms! Our fall yoga events are a more intimate opportunity to experience the farm and find your zen this season. Relax, breathe, stretch, and enjoy the fresh air during our 60-minute yoga class with experienced Yoga Alliance certified instructor Rachael Jones. The instructor gears these classes toward a gentle flow, making them suitable for all experience levels, and offers modifications and/or challenges throughout the class. Your ticket purchase includes a blueberry mimosa at the end of the class (must be 21 or older, with an option to substitute regular blueberry lemonade).
Class will begin promptly at 9 AM. Please bring your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat, they will not be provided by Southern Hill Farms. Please note that this event is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather. In the event that this class is canceled, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. This ticket does not include admission to our fall festival. All yoga guests must be off the farm promptly by 10:30 AM. A separate ticket is required for anyone interested in attending fall festival.
