Open to ladies 14 and up. Minors must have a parent to sign. We will be learning situational awareness, verbal tactics, and physical defensive techniques. Wear comfortable work out attire and bring a water bottle.
Cost is $10 per person at the door. Scholarships available for those with financial hardship as we do not want that to be a barrier to protecting yourself.
