Join us for a Sunday with Spirals. Colleen has developed a 4 hour workshop with activations to 11 seashell spiral energies. You'll receive a free Introduction class that is required for all additional classes PLUS a condensed version of the Empowerment class. This workshop is designed with you in mind to support you deal with the stress in your life in a healthy way while building more confidence and balance.
Activation to the 11 seashell spiral energies is similar to being attuned to Reiki energ. All activations are channeled with the pure intention of gentleness and mercy.
