Hey there, friend! Ready for a magical evening that'll leave you feeling a deeper sense of connection and freedom? Join us at Flow Yoga for a one-of-a-kind Healing experience that'll melt away your stress and tension.

Here's what you can expect:

6:45 PM - Arrive and grab a cacao and connect

7:00 PM - Let the Healing Begin!

We'll kick things off with about an hour of Somatic Breathwork. Alexander Fox will guide you through techniques that'll help you connect with your body and breathe deeply, promoting physical and emotional healing. It's like a big ol' hug for your soul!

Somatic breathwork is a mind-body practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to improve emotional and mental well-being. It's based on the idea that our emotions, memories, and physical sensations are all connected, and that by focusing on our breath, we can regulate our nervous system and release tension or trauma held in the body.

It can be intense for some people
