Liria is a classical musician and professional flutist with a rich background in orchestras, operas, and teaching.
After a profound spiritual awakening following her father’s diagnosis of colon cancer and passing, she was guided to become a Sound Healer.
Over the past 4 years, she’s hosted 500+ Sound Baths and helped thousands of people find relief from stress, anxiety, and sleep issues through sound healing.
Her ethereal, heart centered music is performed with love and a joy to experience.
About the event:
Super excited about this one! It’s been a LONG time since Liria & I have co-created an event together. One thing I know about this woman is that she is one of the best sound healers, if not the best, in Austin, TX. She has done so many events that she has fully tuned herself into the frequencies she creates with her special flute and bowls.
This is going to be an experience you won’t forget. Don’t miss this chance to get to experience the grace, love, and beauty that comes from this healing journey she’ll take you in and guide you through.

The studio provides yoga mats, blankets and cushions. You are invited to bring anything additional that may assist you in deepening your experience. (eye mask, journal, water)

***Each Sunday Cacao & Connection starts off our event in the lounge from 6:30 to 7:30. Get to know your community by playing Cards for Connection games. We also offer the medicine of Cacao. Both Cacao and Cards help you to open your heart and your mind and get you connected to the people you’ll be attending the event with!
At 7:30pm the event kicks off! Every Sunday curate an event with a special guest and activity that allows you to sample different spiritual modalities and practitioners! You will be guided each week to gain awareness, tools, and experience yourself in different ways to support your growth on your journey.
