Join us on Sunday, November 9th for a CardioBarre class with instructor Thalia Bardell, co-owner of FORMAT located in Southie. FORMAT is a Barre, HIIT, and Strength training studio offering challenging, fitness first classes in a non-intimidating community space. Our classes are designed to challenge you physically and make you stronger mentally, and our incredible instructor team is here to cheer you on the whole way. Whether you like to train cardio or strength, with light weights or heavy, FORMAT's varied programming has something for everyone.
CardioBarre- kick your barre class up a notch, with bands, hi reps, and a hit of cardio. This class blends intervals of bodyweight cardio between sections of our FORMAT barre class. Giving you the barre burn you love plus an extra sweat! Sneakers highly recommended!
Seaport MedSpa, Boston Beaded & Hawley Truckers will be popping up in the front room after class so make sure stop by & check them out!
