Sunday Sweat at Birdsong Brewing

Join us for an all levels workout class at Bridsong Brewing. Class will be held inside in the brewhouse!

All you need to bring is water - we will have workout mats for use as well as a mix of empty kegs, bands, slam balls, and our bodyweight to get in a great workout to start the day strong! Join us after for a beer or N/A beverage and get to know your classmates! Just $12 for the class and beer!
