As a part of Andy's Sunday Supper Series highlighting the regional cuisines of Italy, this dinner will focus on the region of Bologna - the lively, historic capital of the Emilia-Romagna region, in northern Italy. All ingredients are hyper-local and sourced from local growers who care deeply about the land, waters, and animals.Andy started his professional life in food on an organic farm in Italy in 2005. Through years cooking in kitchens from New York City to Portland to Astoria, Andy has maintained this farm-to-table ethos and considers cooking a profound expression of place. To that end, he uses only the best and most responsibly raised local ingredients from the North Coast whenever possible.
