MOVE BREATHE RESTORE with us at the Sunday Summer Sound Bowl Sessions at SYNERGY CENTER in Scottsdale
JOIN US for a 45 min Vinyasa flow with Breath work and then relax and rejuvenate with the soothing sounds of crystal, tibetan singing bowls and chimes. We believe everyone should have access to Immerse in the deeply harmonic and healing vibrations that decrease stress and increase energy. Come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you bask in serenity.

No experience necessary – just bring your mat, yourself and an open mind. We can't wait to see you there! (Bring a pillow, water bottle, comfy clothes and a blanket if wanted)
