Hi Friends! You are invited to join us on Sunday June 23rd 10AM for :
Sunday Stretch : Gentle Yoga + Singing Bowls with Rachel McConville of Rae of Light Yoga, Sound Healing, & Wellness
In this class students will be guided through a gentle and restorative yoga sequence , allowing the body to open, stretch, and release in a supported and gentle way. This class will invite students to form the foundations of a sustainable yoga practice and is designed for those new to the practice as well as seasoned practitioners who like to move at a slower pace. This class will focus on giving you the tools to meet your body right where it’s at as you will be invited to link movement with the flow of breath.
Yoga is a powerful tool to not only create physical health and longevity but to also soothe the mind and expand your window of stress tolerance.
Yoga practice will be about 50 minutes of the class followed by an extended Savasana with healing tones and frequencies.

No prior yoga experience required & all experience levels welcome. Just show up with a yoga mat, any props such as blocks or bolsters and a willingness to step out of the overthinking mind and into the body.
