Meet up location: Hylands House, Hylands Park (big white building)
Time: 10am - 12noon
Route Distance - Approx 2.8 miles (4.5km)
Walking time - Approx 60 minutes plus a pilates stretch with Claudia to begin with :)
Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday as we gather to celebrate women, connection & good coffee/matcha's. Whether you come solo, with family, friends, furry companions, or accompanied by little ones (in prams only please), you are welcome.
This gathering is free of charge and open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
Sunday Steps Essex will be monthly - the first Sunday of each month through Summer starting 10am as of Sunday April 7th, 2024.
Together, we walk, we talk, and we uplift each other, nurturing a supportive environment where women can meet, inspire, and empower one another. Let's start our new months with intention and end the week on a high note.
