The Sunday Mixer squad offers a dynamic and varied training experience, with a weekly rotation of focuses to provide swimmers with a well-rounded approach to their swim training.
For example we may deliver a technique-focused session one week and perhaps an endurance or sprint-based session the next, rotating between all the session types we deliver.
This rotational structure ensures diversity and keeps the training sessions engaging and beneficial for all swimmers, especially if only training in our squads once a week.
Key Features:
- A great all round session for those swimmers who can only train with us once a week, or those that want to add an additional session to compliment one of our other training days.
- A rotated mix of session types on a weekly basis
Bookings must be made in advance. BOOKING SYSTEM CUT OFF TIME - 4 hours before the session start time - Please ensure you are booked in by this time.
