Everything in the universe is vibrating. Join us for a live sound meditation which will offer participants an opportunity to journey inward through sound and vibration. All are welcome--whether you're a novice meditator, or an expert. Come resonate with the sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, charango, flutes & other indigenous instruments. Allow their frequencies to create connections, openings and remembrance.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask and anything else that you need to be comfortable.
About the facilitator.
Alicia Anderson is a sound alchemist, death doula, Usui Reiki practitioner and a continuous student of energy and healing. She believes in the body's innate ability to heal itself. Sound and vibration offer a way to return to one’s highest expression through resonance. Alicia is honored to offer deep sound meditations to support the listener’s path and their intentions for their own healing.
