Jenny Raffield is a Healing Arts Practitioner who employs sound, meditation, and movement to bring about a sense of harmony across the mind, body, and spirit. By harnessing the power of sound, she crafts therapeutic soundscapes that promote healing and balance. A massage for the mind.
Jenny continues her advance training at the Chopra Center working towards her Vedic Educator Certification comprised of three branches of Chopra’s Teacher Pathways: Chopra Meditation, the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Chopra Health (Ayurveda). She plays sound baths at Equinox gyms, The Club at Castlewood, Yoga Flow SF Walnut Creek and at private studios and corporate events
