Hi everyone!You are invited to return to centre with a relaxing Soundbath experience in the comfort of my beautiful healing space in Creswick.
These community Sound Baths will take place on every second Sunday* through to the end of this year.
These hour-long sessions will feature the Medicine Drum, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, and whichever other healing instruments are called forward to join in on the day.
Each sound bath experience will be unique and I encourage you to come a long and gift yourself a moment of rest before each new fortnight commences.
Yoga mats are supplied, you may want to bring a blanket, eye mask or pillow, drink bottle, cushion and a notepad and pen to record any messages you may receive during the meditative experience.
There are strictly limited spaces available so please make sure you send me a message to let me know you are attending - simply hitting 'Attending' is not enough to save your seat.
$20pp, pay at door, cash, card and other EFT accepted.
*I will do my best to stick to schedule, however life events may necessitate an occasional change of date (such as my upcoming return to Samoa!) Look out for the event pages with the confirmed dates.
